Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order work, all sales are final.

Each custom piece is built specifically to customer specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason, refunds or returns are not offered on custom or commissioned items.

If a defect or issue occurs due to our workmanship or materials, Phatboy Custom Works will repair or replace the item at our discretion and at our cost.

This policy does not apply to:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper care after delivery

Changes of mind regarding color, design, dimensions, or finish once work has begun or the build is complete

Natural wood characteristics such as grain variation, knots, checking, movement, or imperfections inherent to live edge or solid lumber

Variations that occur as wood acclimates to its environment

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return only if received in unused, original condition, and only with prior approval.

Shipping costs, handling fees, and return shipping are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Shipping Damage

If an item is damaged during shipping, responsibility for the damage lies with the shipping carrier.

• Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery
• Any visible damage should be documented and reported immediately
• We will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable

Replacement or reimbursement for shipping damage is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.

After Delivery

Once a product has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the item transfers to the owner.

• Damage occurring after delivery is not covered under this policy
• Repairs may be available at additional cost, depending on the nature of the damage
